Cancellation Policy

As a matter of policy, I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, which I am not required to provide to the client. Most cases for which I will not perform a reading are included below: - I do not answer questions related to gambling, criminal activity, or dates of death. I am neither a medium nor mind reader. - I do not do readings for anyone under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present. - I refuse to work with clients who are rude, disrespectful, or abusive in any way. You are able to cancel or reschedule your own online bookings up to 12 hours prior to the originally reserved start time. No-shows forfeit the entirety of their booking fee.
