The Hierophant
The subject matter expert of the old ways, the Hierophant upholds tradition to a T. Often serving as an advisor or mentor, they represent not straying from what has worked before.

General Meaning: The rules are tried and true for a reason!! Now's probably not the best time to stray from them!
Personal Interpretation: Follow your SOPs or risk looking like a POS!!!

Personal Insights & Other Notes: The Hierophant appears to signal to us, "keep calm and carry on." The established rules and traditions that have guided us time and time again will protect us, so long as we follow the prescribed path. But the other side of tradition is that authority can corrupt it into bullheaded stubbornness that can be more harmful than beneficial. Either continue building the system up, or figure it is time to bring it all crashing down.
